What you get

myaftercall.com turns the audio of your coaching sessions into structured client recaps. You upload audio (or have our bot join a video call), we transcribe it and structure it into a recap, and you decide what to do with the output.

Your responsibilities

  • You confirm you have your clients' consent to record and process their session audio where consent is required by local law.
  • You won't upload content that violates anyone's rights or any applicable law.
  • You're responsible for what you send to your clients from our recaps — we don't give medical, legal, or training advice; we structure what you said.

Subscription & billing

The trial is 14 days from signup, no credit card required. After that, you can keep using the app on a monthly subscription billed by Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and we don't issue prorated refunds. If you cancel, your existing recaps remain accessible for 30 days for export.

Acceptable use

Don't try to break things: no reverse-engineering, no automated scraping, no attempting to extract other users' data. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service or run up disproportionate API costs through automated misuse.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is". AI transcription and structuring make mistakes — always review a recap before sending it to a client. We're not liable for content you choose to send.

Changes

We can update these terms; we'll email you before any material change. Continued use after notice means you accept the new terms.
