Privacy

What we collect

  • Account info you give us: name, email, optional organization.
  • Audio files you upload, plus any meeting URLs you submit to our bot.
  • Transcripts produced from those audio files, and the structured recaps generated from them.
  • Basic product analytics (page views, button clicks) to improve the app — no third-party ad trackers.
  • Billing details handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.

Where it's stored

Application data (profiles, meetings, transcripts, recaps) is stored in Supabase (Postgres) with row-level security enforcing per-user isolation. Audio files are in Supabase Storage. Data resides in EU regions by default.

Who we send it to

  • OpenAI for audio transcription. Audio leaves our servers only for the duration of the API call.
  • Anthropic for recap structuring. Transcripts leave our servers only for the duration of the API call.
  • Resend for transactional email (recap delivery, magic links).
  • Stripe for payment processing.
  • PostHog for product analytics.

We do not sell your data. We do not allow any of these providers to train models on your audio, transcripts, or recaps.

Your rights

You can export, edit, or delete any recap from inside the app. Deleting a meeting removes the audio, transcript, and recap. Deleting your account erases everything associated with it. For full data export or any other GDPR / CCPA request, email hello@myaftercall.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

Retention

We keep your data as long as your account is active. Cancellation keeps your recaps accessible for 30 days, then deletes them unless you've exported them.

Changes

We'll email you before any change that materially affects how your data is handled.
